When you place an order with TraderPlaque, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, delivery address, and the certificate file you upload. We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order.

當你向 TraderPlaque 下單時，我們會收集你的姓名、電郵地址、WhatsApp號碼、送貨地址及你上傳的證書檔案。我們只收集履行訂單所需的資料。

Your information is used solely to process and deliver your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except delivery service providers required to fulfil your order.

Certificate files you upload are used exclusively for production of your plaque. Files are deleted from our systems within 30 days of order completion.

All TraderPlaque products are custom-made to order using your personal certificate. Because each plaque is uniquely personalised, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason once production has begun.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect certificate uploaded by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the prop firm certificate design (which is outside our control).

我們在任何情況下均不提供退款，包括但不限於：改變主意、客戶上傳錯誤證書，或對Prop Firm證書設計不滿意（此超出我們的控制範圍）。

No Exchanges

不設換貨

We do not offer exchanges or replacements of any kind. Please review your certificate file carefully before submitting your order.

我們不提供任何形式的換貨或替換。請在提交訂單前仔細核查你的證書檔案。

Order Cancellation

取消訂單

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. After 2 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

訂單可在下單後2小時內取消，前提是尚未開始生產。如需取消，請立即透過WhatsApp聯絡我們。2小時後將不接受取消。

By placing an order with TraderPlaque, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, no-exchange policy.

TraderPlaque is a Hong Kong-based business offering custom acrylic certificate displays for prop traders. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

TraderPlaque 是一家香港企業，為Prop Trader提供定制亞克力證書展示牌。透過下單，即表示你完全同意這些條款。

Each order is custom-produced using the certificate file provided by the customer. You are responsible for ensuring the file is correct, legible, and belongs to you. TraderPlaque reserves the right to reject orders containing fraudulent, inappropriate, or unverifiable content.

每個訂單均使用客戶提供的證書檔案定制製造。你有責任確保檔案正確、清晰且屬於你本人。TraderPlaque保留拒絕包含欺詐性、不當或無法核實內容的訂單的權利。

We deliver to Hong Kong addresses only. Estimated delivery is within 7 business days of order confirmation. TraderPlaque is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.

我們僅送貨至香港地址。預計在確認訂單後7個工作天內送達。TraderPlaque對因速遞服務或我們無法控制的情況造成的延誤不承擔責任。

5. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the certificate you submit and have the right to reproduce it. TraderPlaque is not responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-submitted content.

你確認你是所提交證書的合法擁有者，並有權複製該證書。TraderPlaque對因客戶提交內容引起的任何知識產權糾紛不承擔責任。

6. Limitation of Liability

TraderPlaque's liability is limited to the purchase price of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

TraderPlaque的責任僅限於相關訂單的購買金額。我們對任何間接、附帶或衍生損害不承擔責任。

7. Governing Law

7. 適用法律

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

這些條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何糾紛均受香港法院的專屬管轄。
